The first impression one gets when looking at Tommy is that of a sturdy, durable dog.  His  kind expression, beautiful eye shape and broad back skull  make for a very handsome head with an unmistakenly masculine look. Jet black pigment is present in his eyes, nose and lips. 
Typical of most goldens Tommy's personality is fun loving and kind.  He is tolerant and patient. 
Tommy is a proven producer with kids earning titles in several different competition venues, most notably his daughter Goldwing  Bonacres Peggy Sue  who was awarded Best of Winners at the prestigious Lenape Golden Retriever Club Specialty Show in 2000.

Sam is a breeder's dream come true!!! He was a vivacious show dog, a wonderful companion and  prepotent stud dog.  Known in the show ring for his STRONG movement and zesty performance, Sam was a real pleasure to watch.  Magestic, masculine, stallionesque and energetic he embodied the essence of  what a male golden retriever should be. 
Sam had a beautiful eye shape, broad back skull, jet black pigment and correct sporting style coat. A big ground covering stride, convergence and little wasted effort  made his movement nearly flawless. 
As a stud dog, Sam passed on these fine qualities on  to his children.  His kids proved to be versatile both in and out of the show ring.  He sired performance titled dogs who competed in obedience, rally, agility and hunt tests. He also sired many champions including the lovely Best In Show Winner  BIS, BISS Hillock's She's Got A Way SDHF OD.
We are very greatful to Rudy and Linda Surovicik for sharing Sam with us and letting us "borrow" him for a spectacular show career.
